Thanks for our son's lovely duck cake Dave! It was delicious and moist and the icing and fondant not too thick. We've had a few cakes this year and while they may look pretty, most were not edible due to the very thick icing! Will definitely get you to make more for us for special occasions. Highly recommended, Dave is friendly, skillful and doesn't charge crazy prices!
